Terms of service
The agreement between you and Yusalo when you use yusalo.com. Plain language, the parts that matter.

1. The service
Yusalo makes launch films from a website you give us. We visit the pages you point us to, collect what we need to understand your product (screenshots, text, logo, colours, images), write and design a film around it and render it as a video you can download. Yusalo is run by YUSUF,ÖZGÜN (see the legal notice).
2. Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that email safe: anyone who can open it can sign in as you. You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. What you may give us
- Only websites you own or are allowed to use for marketing.
- For a product behind a login, only a test account with sample data. Never give us access to real customer data, admin accounts or personal information of others.
- No content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or that you could not publish yourself.
You are responsible for the material you point us to and for how you use the films. We may refuse or remove a project that breaks these rules.
4. Your films
The films we make for you are yours to use, commercially too: ads, launches, your website, social media and sales material. Your own material (logo, screenshots, text) stays yours; you give us permission to use it only to make, show you and store your films.
The music, sound effects, 3D models and lighting in our films come from libraries we may use and pass on to you in your film. Films are made with AI, so they can contain mistakes: check every film (text, facts, prices) before you publish it.
5. Plans and payment
- The free plan includes one film per month. Paid plans (Creator, Pro, Studio) include the number of films per month shown on the pricing page; unused films do not carry over.
- Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, paid in advance through Stripe, and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account. The plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for; there is no partial refund for the rest of that month, except where the law gives you a right to one (see your right to withdraw in the legal notice).
- If we change a price, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
6. Fair use and availability
Do not try to break, overload, copy or resell the service, or get around plan limits. We work to keep Yusalo running well but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free; render times vary.
7. Liability
We are responsible for damage we cause through intent or gross negligence, and towards consumers as far as the law requires. Otherwise our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profit. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
8. Ending
You can stop using Yusalo and ask us to delete your account at any time (hello@yusalo.com). We may suspend or end an account that seriously breaks these terms, after warning you where we reasonably can.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; for changes that matter we tell you in advance by email. Belgian law applies. As a consumer you keep the protection of the law of the country you live in, and you can go to the courts there.
