Prices

Prices on yusalo.com are in euros per month. Where VAT applies, it is calculated at checkout from your billing address and shown before you pay.

Your right to withdraw (consumers in the EU)

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of the purchase without giving a reason. Email hello@yusalo.com with your account email and the words “I withdraw from my Yusalo subscription”. We refund what you paid within 14 days, using the same payment method.

Films are digital content made for you. When you ask us to start making films during those 14 days, you agree that we begin straight away. If you then withdraw, we may keep a proportionate part of the price for the part of the service already provided, and you lose the right to withdraw once a film has been fully delivered to you.

Businesses buying for professional purposes do not have this withdrawal right.
